Today's color scheme: So Saffron, Pumpkin Pie, and Pretty in Pink.
This card is being sent to a special friend who is going through a difficult time. My hope being the bright colors on the card will bring a smile to her face.
It is Sweet Pea DSP in action again on this card. This DSP just has a great appeal for accenting cards and making fantastic scrapbook pages!
The card base is So Saffron and the card's front is matted with Pumpkin Pie. A strip of Pumpkin Pie paper punched with the Eyelet Border punch was used to separate the Sweet Pea DSP panels. I scrounged around in my ribbon storage drawers and found some old SU! pink grosgrain ribbon to the front card panel.
The card's sentiment was stamped with Classic black ink. I pulled the sentiment stamp from my Upsy Daisy stamp set (remember when that stamp set was all the rage???).
Tomorrow's card uses a SU! stamp set that was extremely popular when it first came out. Here's a hint—the stamp set has two heart stamps.
