Lovely as a Tree stamp set was one of my first SU! purchases. Wow, what a work horse of a stamp set! I have created all types of cards with this stamp set—from Christmas to Sympathy cards. I just love stamp sets that can stand the test of time!
Today’s card has a More Mustard A2 card base just like yesterday’s. I also used Autumn Meadows DSP (pg. 13 of Holiday Mini Catalog) for matting my chocolate chip card panels.
I really like the look of the stamped line of trees (using Chocolate Chip ink) along the bottom of the wood-grain Autumn Meadows DSP (4 x 5 1/4"). I sponged More Mustard Ink below the grass line to ‘anchor’ the trees. It’s hard to tell from the photo but I also sponged clouds on the wood-grain looking DSP using Taken with Teal ink.
I used a Spellbinder die to cut out a embossed circle of More Mustard paper. I used Chocolate Chip ink to stamp the oak leaves on the cut out die and sponged like crazy with More Mustard and a tad bit with Really Rust ink. The Taken with Teal strip of Autumn Meadows DSP was stamped using the small leaf stamp set inked with Chocolate Chip Ink.
The "Thank You" sentiment was stamped with Really Rust ink. The sentiment stamp was pulled from the "Enjoy Every Moment" SU! stamp set.
